Account Creation

You may create an account to access Peeps features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Coins

Coins are the in-game currency earned through taking photos and other activities. Coins can be used to spin the gacha, purchase pet eggs, and participate in mini-game betting. Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

PCoins (Premium Currency)

PCoins are a premium virtual currency that can be purchased with real money using in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. PCoins can be used to acquire cosmetic items and other virtual goods within Peeps.

No Expiration

PCoins do not expire. Once purchased, your PCoins remain in your account indefinitely until used.

No Real-World Value

PCoins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of payment. PCoins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Refunds

PCoin purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund eligibility and requests follow the policies of the store that processed your purchase and applicable law. License

When you purchase PCoins or use them to acquire virtual items, Kardomo, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them within Peeps. PCoins and virtual items are licensed, not sold.

Cosmetic Items

Unlocked cosmetics (hair, outfits, accessories) are virtual items for avatar customization obtained through the gacha system. The pet system lets you hatch and care for virtual pets using coins; PCoins can be used to speed up egg hatching. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add items at any time.

PRIME Subscription

PRIME is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The current price and benefits are shown before purchase and remain available only while your entitlement is active.

Photo Uploads and Coin Rewards

Peeps may limit photo uploads and coin rewards. Current limits and eligibility are shown or enforced in the app and may differ by room or PRIME status. Posting a photo does not guarantee a reward.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Your PRIME subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled before renewal under the purchasing store's rules. For Apple subscriptions, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel through the store used to subscribe: Apple at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law and the purchasing store's policies.

Promotional PRIME Days

We may grant promotional PRIME time. Promotional time has no cash value, is non-transferable, may have eligibility or expiry rules shown with the promotion, and may be changed or revoked where permitted by law.

Legacy Room PRIME (PCoins)

Separately from a subscription, a room may be upgraded to PRIME using PCoins. The app shows the cost and duration before confirmation. The upgrade is tied to the room, and spent PCoins are non-refundable except as required by law.

Our Content

Peeps software, graphics, designs, and other service content are owned by Kardomo, Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You keep ownership of photos, messages, drawings, radio recordings, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Peeps. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms, threatens safety, infringes rights, or is unlawful. The license ends when the content or account is deleted, except for limited retained copies required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
