Peeps is operated by Kardomo, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing and using Peeps, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
You may create an account to access Peeps features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree not to:
Coins are the in-game currency earned through taking daily photos and other activities. Coins can be used to spin the gacha, purchase pet eggs, and participate in mini-game betting. Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
PCoins are a premium virtual currency that can be purchased with real money through Apple In-App Purchases. PCoins can be used to acquire cosmetic items and other virtual goods within Peeps.
PCoins do not expire. Once purchased, your PCoins remain in your account indefinitely until used.
PCoins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of payment. PCoins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
All purchases of PCoins are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
When you purchase PCoins or use them to acquire virtual items, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them within Peeps. You do not own PCoins or virtual items; they remain the property of Peeps.
Unlocked cosmetics (hair, outfits, accessories) are virtual items for avatar customization obtained through the gacha system. The pet system lets you hatch and care for virtual pets using coins; PCoins can be used to speed up egg hatching. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add items at any time.
PRIME is an auto-renewing subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan and purchased through the Apple App Store. PRIME benefits include +50 bonus coins per photo and access to your photo library, and they apply within the rooms you belong to. Benefits remain active for as long as your subscription is active.
Your PRIME subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions); uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
We may grant promotional PRIME days — for example, through referral or account credits, or an early-supporter promotion that converts qualifying PCoin purchases made before June 30, 2026 into PRIME days. Promotional PRIME days are a grant rather than a purchase: they carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or revoked at any time. If you start a paid PRIME subscription while promotional days remain, those days are paused and resume after the paid subscription ends.
Separately from a PRIME subscription, a room can be upgraded to PRIME using PCoins (currently 10 PCoins for 30 days). This is an in-game, room-level upgrade tied to the room rather than to your account, and PCoins spent on it are non-refundable.
All game content, including graphics, code, and design, is owned by Peeps and protected by intellectual property laws.
By uploading photos or sending messages, you grant us a license to use, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
We strive to keep Peeps available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Peeps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
