### How do I join a room?

Use the room menu to enter a 6-digit join code shared by a friend, or create your own room. You can be in multiple rooms and switch between them anytime.

### How do I earn coins?

You can earn coins through eligible activities such as photo posts. Current limits and rewards are shown or enforced in the app.

### What are PCoins?

PCoins are a premium currency you can purchase with real money. Use PCoins to buy exclusive items in the store. PCoins never expire and remain in your account until used.

### How do I get a refund for PCoins?

PCoin purchases use the Apple App Store or Google Play. For Apple purchases, request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. For Google Play purchases, follow https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Eligibility depends on the purchasing store's policies and applicable law. Contact us if you need purchase support.

### What is PRIME?

PRIME is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) bought through the App Store or Google Play. Benefits include +100 bonus coins per photo and photo library access, and apply within the rooms you're in. You can manage or cancel anytime in the account settings of the store you subscribed through (App Store or Google Play), and we sometimes grant promotional free PRIME days.

### What are mini-games?

Play Lottery, Tic-Tac-Toe, Gomoku, Wordle, or Draw & Guess with friends! Bet coins, and winners take the pot. Start a game from the game menu in any room.

### How does the gacha system work?

Spend coins to spin the gacha and unlock cosmetic items like hair, outfits, and accessories. Bodies and eyes are always free to use.

### How do I customize my avatar?

Swipe left to the customization screen. Select from unlocked bodies, eyes, hair, outfits, and accessories. Unlock more through gacha!

### What are streaks?

Your streak shows how many photos you've taken in a row. Take at least one photo every 24 hours to keep it going!

### How do I block someone?

In room settings, long-press on a player's name and select 'Block'. Blocked players won't see your messages and you won't see theirs.

### How do I sync my account across devices?

To use the same Peeps account on iPhone and Android, link Google in Settings first, then sign in with that same Google account on your other device to access your progress, coins, and unlocked items. Sign in with Apple is also available on iPhone.

### What are invitation codes?

Share your invitation code with friends! When they join and start playing, both of you earn bonus coins.

### How do I report inappropriate behavior?

Block the player first, then contact our support team using the form below with details about the incident.

## Technical issues

### Game Won't Load

Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

### Can't See Other Players

Check that you're in the same room. If the issue persists, try leaving and rejoining the room.

### Lost Connection

Your position and progress are saved. Simply reopen the app to reconnect.
